During morning observations, the client was able to sit quietly in his seat and complete his class work during morning station work. During midday observations, the client interacted with his peers in a positive manner white at lunch. During afternoon observations, the client exhibited difficulty following directions on the first prompt by refusing to complete his worksheet. QMHP-C greeted the client upon arrival to the school setting. QMHP-C inquired about the clientâs morning. During morning observations, QMHP-C provided the client with positive reinforcement and encouraged him to continue to sit quietly in his seat and complete his classwork. During midday observations, QMHP-C provided the client with verbal praise and encouraged him to continue to interact with his peers in a positive manner. During afternoon observations, QMHP-C redirected the client and reiterated the importance of following directions on the first prompt by completing his worksheet. The client responded well towards Therapeutic Day Treatment services throughout the day as evidenced by participation and positive feedback. During morning observations, the client agreed to continue to sit quietly in his seat while doing his morning station work. During midday observations, the client continued to interact with his peers in a positive manner while at lunch. During afternoon observations, the client was receptive to redirection and agreed to follow directions on the first prompt by completing his worksheet. The client also agreed to continue to track behavior on his self-monitoring chart.
